What can I do if I did not receive the email verification code?
If you did not receive the email verification code, it may be due to the following:
- Your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Check for any typos.
- The email may have been routed to your Promotions or Spam folder.
- Your email account may have security filters that has blocked the email. If you have a network administrator, check with them to see if this is the case.
If you have checked all of the above and still did not receive the email, you can click the Send Code button on the BRD Secure Checkout page again to generate a new code. You may also try using another email address to register.
