What can I do if I did not receive the phone verification code?
If you did not receive the phone verification code, it may be due to the following:
- Your phone number may have been entered incorrectly. Check for any typos.
- There may be delays on your cellular network. Please wait a few minutes for the SMS to arrive.
- Make sure you are in an area where there is good signal strength from your provider.
- You entered a Google voice number (or a similar service). SMS to these types of services is currently not supported.
If you have checked all of the above and still did not receive the SMS, you can click the Send Code button on the BRD Secure Checkout page again to generate a new code.
